I was wondering if anyone knew if these two things were related to detoxing? I woke up today with the red patch around the navel and two days ago the white tongue and today a sore throat.

I should mention that I upped my DMPS to 100mgs and ALA to 50 mgs.

Also, have itching on head and lower female area, and a little more fatigued than usual, which I think is from upping the dose.
