Bobby Broe is a brilliant man and has some excellent information about health on his website. I attended some cooking classes that He and his wife Carrie held in Holiday Florida a few years back. They're smart people.

His website has some good stuff on it, although some of the info is somewhat "far out" as some would say. I don't quite see it all the same way but I keep an open mind and appreciate their good work.
