Hi, I have 6 mercury fillings in my mouth right now. Two will be replaced today at 2:30 Eastern time (please say a prayer for me folks) and then after today I will have 4 more left on the upper jaw.
I had many of the symptoms you've described- including depression for no reason, and throw in some dizzy spells to that, as well as forgetfulness.
I've used those detox foot pads during the first dental visit and a day afterwards-- and I took Algin and Charcoal tablets before and after as well.
I drank alot of herbal teas afterwards also, and made sure I breathed in fresh air right after the drilling.
I took lots of Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids-- before and after. It probably wasnt a good idea to take that beforehand, as they had to inject me several times with Novacaine because the Vitamin C was keeping it from numbing.
I reccomend cleaning out your colon before your dental visit, so any mercury that enters your system can flush out more easily- and I also reccomend getting some Algin capsules (sold here at Herballure's catalog) and taking them before and after with juice. Also, keep the Algin on hand to help in chelating out the existing mercury once the metal fillings are all out too. It really does sponge up and flush out any mercury it comes in contact with., and it alleviates many of the symptoms people suffer when mercury keeps moving about in the body.
I recently purchased this oral mouthwash called "Denta Chelat" to use as a rinse instead of the flouride rinse the dentist has in the cup for me to use. They say to rinse the mouth beforehand, during and after the drilling out of the old filling.
It binds to any mercury vapor from the drilling and you spit that right out after rinsing.
I will be using it for the first time this dental visit.
Last dental visit I had no negative symptoms, and actually felt very uplifted and energized after the first two fillings were removed.
I realize that after all the fillings are removed, the body has reserves of mercury that will suddenly dump into the system as a reaction of all the fillings no longer being there in the mouth. That is why they say so many who've gotten their fillings removed feel fine at first, then like 2 months later, they feel horrible.
Vitamin C with Bioflavonoiods, and Algin will help with this, and slow chelating , detoxifying . and a keeping on a healthy diet will help a person get through that period.
Then after that hurtle is through, you begin to see the light, and are on the pathway to a better future!
