About four months ago afer losing alot of weight intentional I would in the middle of the night in a panic. My heart felt like it stopped, I woke it was racing, I was cold weak, and felt I was gonna pass out. Nobody could find anything. I was extremely anxious and on edge, my temperature always subnormal especially on waking. (armpit basal) I was also very short of breath, not that I could'nt get air but that I could breath in enough like something was constricted.
It has gotten slightly better not much. I still get numb/cold legs and hands and weird crawling feeling on my forehead , a feeling, slightly depressed, apathtic, palpatations, dry eyes, feeling of a great pressure in my nose, hot flashes, feelng of being sand blasted, really really tired no matter how much sleep I get. I feel better if I nothing, the minute I do somethng in partially stressful everything gets worse. I have suspected low testosterone from the heavy metals. (I'm male) Any ideas? The only thing I can figure is that the massive weight loss (30 pounds in 2 1/2 months) burned alot of fat with heavy metals in it that were free to roam again. I did a hair test and my nickel was 8x the normal limit. Where you get that I have no idea. I have two amalgams that have been in for 14 years. I get them out in a a week. Any ideas? What can I do till I get them out? Ever used foot pads? The next thing I can figure is misery loves company and the high nickel along with mecury in my fillings is exponential.

Thanks
