I think you really do need to chelate to get rid of things like lead, cadmium, tin, tungsten, whatever. Mercury is one part of the problem, doesn't make sense to me to focus only on that. In actuality, chelation does not focus on mercury either but helps remove it along with the other stuff too.

The chelation has helped me enormously. When I am steady with it, I feel absolutely wonderful... so not difficult for me to point to heavy metals as the source of just about any of my complaints. Besides, without chelation, it's almost impossible to get mercury out of your brain from what i understand..

My head btw is very clear and holding steady since I started doing the cilantro soup real strong a couple weeks back.

of course I needed a colonic to help my dump my gut after that... but I needed the colonic with the IV chelation also so niether here nor there I guess.

The supplements, Vitamin C especially, and ALA, they do chelate. Vit C combats oxidative stress so you don't get as achy (anti-oxidant)... but still it would seem to me you could do more to bind and flush what gets chelated by your supplements. Otherwise, you may pee some of it out but a lot is just running wild in your bloodstream too. Richard's poem sounds like mercury running wild btw. It's exactly why I take my DMSA formula at least once a day in the evening... so I don't feel like that.
