If only a good diet would suffice. Ahh lament. These days I even wonder if organically grown produce is comparable to produce grown say a thousand years ago. GM foods are starting to infect organic and biodynamic food. Even with the best organic methods I really wonder about the nutrient content in soils that are being continually farmed year after year. I am quite sure that nature did not intend for one species of plant to be grown on one a plot of land year after year.
