I wish there was something we could do. There is a cause for everything so there must be a solution. Have you tried everything?
Sometimes it's beneficial to "take a shot in the dark" and try something that seems to be unrelated and see how your body reacts. You can then get more information about the cause.
Please let us know if there is anything we can do.
