A hearty amen to both Elias and Bex's post...Jinx, when I first found out I had mercury toxicity 11/06, I had already been exposed to mercury by swallowing chunks back in 1999.

When the doc told me I FIRST had to detox a little before chelating he suggested Selenium and Chlorella along with some herbal tinctures he gave me...along with changing my diet. Within two weeks I thought I would absolutely lose my mind! My husband and I figured out that all the problems started with the supplements, which I stopped and within a few days got relief of the sudden panic attacks and fear/anxiety and insane feeling that had come on.

My doc and I figured out that I couldn't do any chelating for a little bit, just till I got the diet worked out. And you DO need to get the diet worked out, it DOES make a difference.

After 4 weeks, I was able to add tinsy, eensy, little bits of supplements. My body couldn't handle hardly anything but changing the diet at first. Then I added ONE thing. Then one month later I added ONE thing. I tried Algin twice, had to wait until just a week ago before I could add that.

So, I am in agreement with Elias, that maybe you might be throwing everything in there to help, but maybe it would help to just start fresh, first the diet, then add one supplement and see how it goes.

I know that may seem hard because like all of us, once you know you got the poison in your system you want it out, I think I've said it before that if I was a dentist when I found out that I was toxic, surely I would have pulled all my teeth by myself without anethesia or anything because I was sickened by the thought of that stuff being in me.

Long story short, how about giving the diet a try and do a little at a time? You have NOTHING to lose.

My heart goes out to you, if I could, I would pay for you and Bex to get help. My prayers are with you.
