Elias I dont think anybody was being arrogant on here trying to help Jinx. The supplements suggested are basic and I see them commonly recommended on candida forums by people who have studied it for years and gone through it and also I have Andrew Cutler's book here and they are his basic suggestions for anybody. I also have a seperate health diiet sheet that has yet again similar supplements. Nothing major seems to be recommended. They are pretty basic.

Doing blood work to find out more specifics is a great idea, but some people dont have docs to help them out much in this field and many of us are straw clutching. Your comments were unfair and misplaced.

And you are incorrect, Jinx does indeed have mercury poisoning which is why he's on this forum as most of us are....
