Jinx, the other option might be to simply stop taking ANY supplements at all and concentrate souly on your diet and leave everything as plain as possible.

If in fact any of the things you are taking are causing adverse effects or even encouring further uptake of mercury from amalgams somehow, then you'd be wise to oust them all temporarily at least to give your body a completely break and a trial to see what happens.

That's what I would do and in fact, i would probably do that before trying anything else. I would get rid of supplements, caffeine, dairy food and grains, fruit, honey or anything else with sugar or natural sweetness. and concentrate on meat, eggs, vegetables (no potatoes) and the good fats, and stick with water and herbal tea for beverages (or some lemon in hot water).

Ok, you may already be doing that and I know you've heard it before, but I know that in your state sometimes you need to hear it more than once because of recall and concentration that so many struggle with in mercury.

I know you're getting so many contradictory answers, but it is really hard to find the magic bullet. And I dont know if there is one. But I would start with ousting the extras and concentrate on diet and go from there and see if things even remotely balance a little. If not, then you may want to try the other detox options above.
