I had a hair analysis done a month after I did a herbal detox. My mercury levels were slight evulated alittle over the 50th percentile. My titanium levels were even higher close to the 68th percentile. My nutritional decificies were in Colbat, Germanium, Phosphorus, and Sulpur. I was very high in Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Chromium,Lithium, and Rabidium. The nutritionist states probably misassilmiation for heavy metals.
Since my silver and mercury where low it was suggest my amalgams were not defective and parasite were possbilily root of my problem. After doing parasite detox I feel better and alot more energy but I am thinking this will be short lived.
Now I am reading hair analysis it not the way to test for mercury in the form from fillings.
I started having health problem about 6 months after 4 fillings I believe I do have mercury from this and environment but there is so much information and opinions on if you should remove ot not and different supplement etc.
Since doctors have been no help and I don't even know where to go to get a test or if I should just get them removed which required me to travel of out state.

Unfortunately, testing for mercury needs to be done by a Doctor or other person who knows how to interpret the tests. It's (unfortunately) not as simple as having a hair analysis. The problem is that in stage 1 and state 2 mercury poisoning, the body absorbs the mercury to keep blood-mercury levels low. Eventually (usually after 10-30 years) the body becomes "saturated" and can no longer store the mercury and it begins to "spill over" into the blood. This is the beginning of stage 3. This usually manifests when people are between 30 and 40 years old, but can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors. Mercury usually only shows up in the hair when you're entering stage 3, so you can still have toxicity and other mercury-related symptoms but have low hair mercury. You have to have a variety of tests performed and analyzed to make an accurate call. This information is from the book It's All In Your Head by Dr. Hal Huggins. This books get into great detail about the tests you need done and how the Doctor should interpret them. After reading this book, you'll know a lot more than most General Practitioners about performing and interpreting tests for mercury toxicity. I wish it was simplier but the complexity of it all is part of the reason the "powers that be" have gotten away with this horrible crime for so long (putting mercury?a know super toxin?in so many consumer items). Hope this helps.

Thank you! I have already ordered the book and hope to find a why of testing for sure but I truly believe this is what I have. I have also made an appointment in St Louis with Dr Rehme for next month.
