I understand how difficult your situation must be. However, you have to let someone fix the problems for you or they may just get worse.

There are a lot of honest Dentists in the world so it's just a matter of finding one and being able to afford the work. If you're in physical pain, your medical insurance may pay for the work for you (if you have medical insurance). This could be a real blessing for you to have the cost covered, at least to some degree.

I know it's tough but you just have to persevere and if all is done right, it should all be worth it. Finding the right people to do the work for you is 2/3 of the challenge.

There are some ways to get rid of the pain. You can use a topical pain killer. Use ice or take a supplement that controls swelling. Something like Nature's Phenyltol may help. I used it with my Dad to control pain with cancer.
