Overall a slight improvement. But i have a feeling most of that improvement has been from changing my liflestyle and diet. I am worried that it all may have been a waste of time and money

I am worried it may be also, plus the possibility of another major poisoning event if I get too many removed. I decided to just get one major one pulled for now, way in the back, maybe fix a couple over the summer and see how it goes, and otherwise do nothing except continue a good healthy chelating diet. Thing is, all the complaining I see here, my previous experience with the often exorbitant expense of dentists, and I am chelating with amalgams still in... which according to most local wisdom is a no no... and I feel quite well. The big huge amalgam filling is bothering me, that is the one I will have pulled. I think there is more amalgam there than tooth and I am afraid to let even the best dentist drill that thing out. Plus I have some concern with replacing one toxic material, amalgam, with another, plastics. So really I am not sure about complete removal here. I mean, my childhood dentist put amalgam fillings on the backs of both my front teeth. Absolutely no way am I going to let a dentist drill trhose, I'd probably lose the teeth. So I am stuck and can't replace them all anyway.

that is the conclusion I have come to after visiting here and talking with all of you the past couple months. I seem to be doing a lot better than most here, and I have a whole bunch of amalgam still in my teeth.

I was suppose to go and have the one tooth fixed last week...I canceled the appt due to fear of the dental drill and empty pockets from the last attempt by the (other) hack dentist which caused me an enormous doctor bill just to feel normal again.

I am glad I learned to chelate though, there is a hidden blessing in here..
