You can get relief from tigger points in your sternocleidomastoid muscle (along the side of your neck) via a massage therapist who has studied trigger points. The clavicular head of the SCM muscle is notorius for making a person feel dizzy. I have really old trigger points in my left SCM and they make me dizzy when I turn my head to the left. Especially when I am laying down. When I get out of bed in the AM I'm wobbly and I used to suffer from bouts of vertigo.

Merc seems to settle in those lovely neck muscles of ours. I think massage therapy is a wonderful thing to add to your detox toolbelt.

Is it obvious that I'm a massage therapy student?

In health!

I'm a newbie...just starting my amalgam removal journey.
