Well for me? I thought I had panic disorder and I didn't realise that none of those problems were "me", but were in actual fact the toxicity. Problem is, you think it is you and the misery increases as you try ways of stopping it or relaxing and you find it doesn't work (at least it didn't for me).
I would stop taking those things for starters, becuase they could be causing a further imbalance somewhere, plus possibly mobilising toxins. Just a guess though.
Candida and mercury both (and other toxic problems) can all cause imbalances and panic and weird mental effects. Sometimes downright frightening and inexplicable. Even the most normal things we take for granted, can be disturbed by toxicity of one kind or another.
They can make you vulnerable to thinking in certain ways or fearing things that is perfectly normal or exaggerating fears. I have been the same way and still am depending on whether the toxins have a hold of me, or whether Ive managed to gain some ground back.
Right now it is very bad and I'm struggling. Though a while back I managed to get control from being on the candida diet, which lessens toxicity, strengthens immunity and makes you less vulnerable to the other issues going on inside you. But I smoked a lot of cigarettes months ago and overloaded my gut nad liver with toxins and now I still cannot quite get back on top. I know candida is not to blame, becuase there is an underlining problem allowing candida to get out of control, but until I correct the underlining issue, I can only deal with candida the best I can and help unload at least "some" of the toxicity.
You may do well to do the same if you are not already! It's not just about candida either, the diet is for anybody who is ill or someone who wants to stay healthy.
Supplements are a bad idea if your body is not absorbing them properly and may make a bad situation worse becuase you could be intolerant to them if you have a leaky gut (candida). So if I was you? I'd drop the supplements and concentrate on diet first and see if you start improving from that alone. Then later, you could try adding supplements to see if your body absorbs them better and test out the reactions.
Just a thought.
PS. amino acids can mobilise mercury! some people get awful effects from them. Be careful. I cannot tolerate them.

I don't know about the amino acids, but you may have taken too much niacin (B3):
"Another feature of niacin is that it dilates blood vessels and creates a sensation of warmth, called a "niacin flush." This is often accompanied with a blushing of the skin. It is this "flush" or sensation of heat that indicates a temporary saturation of niacin, and that is our topic here.
When you flush, you can literally see and feel that you've taken enough niacin. The idea is to initially take just enough niacin to have a slight flush. This means a pinkness about the cheeks, ears, neck, forearms and perhaps elsewhere. A slight niacin flush should end in about ten minutes or so. If you take too much niacin, the flush may be more pronounced and longer lasting. If you flush beet red for half an hour and feel weird, well, you took too much. And large doses of niacin on an empty stomach is certain to cause profound flushing."

I'm glad you brought up the niacin! There are some people (like me) who have overactive liver phase I and underactive liver phase II. This can be caused by mercury toxicity or long term other toxicity or apparently "genetic uniqueness". people with this are usually chemically sensitive and can suffer panic disorders also.
The worst things you can do with this is to take things that speed liver phase I up even more. B3 in the form of Niacin is one of those things and should be avoided. The other form of B3 Nicatinamide (or niacinimide) is the best one to use and actually helps slow liver phase I down! Which is what a person in that situation wants.
So maybe that might be part of this? if liver phase I is functioning too fast, it works by overloading liver phase II. Liver phase I being overactive also makes toxic compounds even more toxic, then liver phase II can not keep up, so the body cannot eliminate toxins properly.

It is the niacin, something in red wine etc.. Interestingly enough it disappeared completely, absolutely completely, after I used a candida cleanse product for about 3 weeks. I was in my early 20's then, and this reaction to red wine and B vitamins has never returned since then, and I am 47 now. I would consider it a type of allergy, an allergy to lots of things caused perhaps by yeasts making you extremely sensitive. The candida cleanse routine is difficult the first week (will make you feel yucky) but stick with it, it will probably work for you like it did for me, your symptoms sound just like mine did back then. Though I always enjoyed the company of attractive people, it's the blushing that's out of control when you are sensitive. Candida yeasts, weird stuff.

This happened to me when I took a lot of vitamins and was hypersensitive to them. It started when I took a lot of the Bs and a bunch of other vitamins years ago. Each time I'd take them, my heart would race, chest would get tight, and I'd feel panic, and I had a spaced out lightheaded, almost a feeling like I was on something (but it was not pleasurable). I found when I stopped taking the vitamins it got better. For me it was a sign of overload of things that I cannot tolerate. It is possible you are just intolerant of vitamins in general or of the Bs. A lot of people have a hard time with the Bs I know.

certain Amino's do that to me. Acetyl L-carnitine does so I avoid it. No problem with other Amino's.

Taking a vitamin supplement that has niacinamide rather than niacin might solve the problem. You also might want to find a vitamin supplement that has a lower level of B vitamins.
