I don't know what to tell you, cilantro does very bad things for me.
I wonder a couple things, I'm not sure what eating cilantro in that manner is doing. From what I have read and understand, Cilantro will release metals, but does not really attach to escort them out, which is why people usually combine it with Chlorella or another binding agent. The mistake I made the first time around was using a cilantro tincture (very strong) that was too much for the chlorella to bind and excrete. Had a nervous breakdown, severe depression, got Fibro and CFS. Thats what cilantro does to me, even with a binding agent.
But hey, if it makes you feel better thats all that counts. Each time I do a round of DMSA and ALA the sides are tolerable, and when its over I feel like a layer of crud has been lifted off of me, mentally, emotionally, physically, so thats what I'm going to stick with. I haven't felt this good, hmmm, ever. I'm working full time again w/no problems (very physical work), still have the fibro pain but it seems to be getting better, far less depressed, no anxiety, its unreal. Cilantro is just not for me.
Personally, if you are feeling good, I would just stick with whats working.
