Bex, I thought you could take ALA at 4 hour and 8 hour intervals? That's how I interpreted general dosing schedule on the AC website. Can you point me to where the info says that ALA should be done every 4 hours? For the past several weeks I have only take it with the DMPS. Many thanks, Gabriella
