Yeah there have, they are no longer on this forum. You see people come and go and you dont always know if they have been cured, but you dont see them anymore. I know of two for sure who are much better and are on this forum less now, working too.

You do see this happen, people improve or get well and leave, others take their place and are on a similar journey. Others keep struggling.

I think we are all running around trying to make it happen because we dont know what else to do. If we've exhausted so many other things in life, then it's all pretty much hoping and working in the dark to some extent.

The main thing is, to keep going if the person can and keep trying. Better than doing nothing and letting things remain as they are. All the doctors and psychologists didn't do a thing for me, so I've pretty much been forced to find out a few things on my own.

I know my own symptoms well enough, so I am getting some ideas of what may have occured and why I'm not getting well like I had previously been. I was almost recovered from mercury toxicity after amalgam removal and chelation, but developed a serious infection in 2003 that knocked me so badly I never recovered. It' with me to this day. my recovery was pretty much ended there and then.

So I struggle now to try and find ways of lightening the load and see if I can make other adjustments, but now I find im almost at a standstill. My recovery previously from mercury was not easy, it was a long hard road, so unfortunately amlagam removal is not an instant cure for most.

One has to then detox the stored mercury and that is also long and pretty painful. Takes a lot of patience and perseverence. But yes there have been people who got well.

No, Im not getting my degree in mercury detox, I listened to those who already had a degree, which is why I initially recovered. Other things happened later which left me pretty debilitated.

I would move on if I could. But being ill everyday doesn't exactly allow for that. This forum helps a lot. I pick up things from other people or pass things on that I've learned in hopes it might help others.

If you have a problem with that, move on. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I haven't seen anyone post on this forum that they are cured except Russ and Laura, but I do see that some folks are improving and there are the mercury stories he's collecting so he might have more. Also, on the Andy Cutler forum I have seen at least two people in the last three weeks that they are cured. In just the few months that I began the whole process of removing the amalgams and beginniing chelation I have seen amazing results in the area of brain fog and depression and paranoia lessening. I was a basket case at Christmas and now that's gone. This has all been due to removing the amalgams through a biological dentist and beginning Andy Cutler's chelation. Others have used the more natural way and seem to also be progressing.

Doing nothing will get you nothing. Patience during the process is the thing to fight the hardest for. As Bex says, perserverance is the key.

When a few people post as anon, doesn't make it easy to know who is saying what. So don't take those comments personally, it was aimed at the other anonymous.

I hope that maybe some suggestions on this forum will be of help to you. And be encouraged that people can and often do recover. Just ask anything on here, any concerns at all and usually someone has already been down that path and can pass onto what helped them or what may have harmed them.

Personally, i don't think anyone can ever be truly 'cured' because the world we live in is toxic, there's no avoiding it. But being aware and taking appropriate cautionary measures can make a big difference in the quality of your life.

IF there was such a thing as graduating in mercury detox, the last thing the person is going to do is "move on" from mercury toxic people and go elsewhere. DUHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! thought that was the whole point of this forum...helping mercury toxic people.....kinda gotta be on here to do that dont ya think?????....

'Improve' is probably a more accurate term than 'cure'.

I sincerely doubt that anyone who has ever been poisoned from something as toxic as mercury can ever really be cured. I feel the need to research that., eg; life expectancy of known posioned persons etc., problems encountered, health issues ongoing, and of course last but hardly least, cause of death.

We really need to get together and seriously focus on lawsuits toward dentists. Lawsuits are the only way to acheive some accountability from these guys. One little successful case here, one little successful case there and precedents would begin to be set. There is enough public awareness and plenty of experts on our side to make this happen.

Even though I am 'getting better' all the time, I have some very serious concerns about my future long-term health. In the event that I die of cancer 5-10 years downline, who will provide for my child? And all of this expense i am going through, all of my time and money devoted now to my health, my business falling apart because I can no longer focus on it, idiot dentists are to blame for every bit of it. The lies, the coverups, the ignorance, I pay for with my health while they take vacations with my (and your) money.

I am screaming angry you have no idea.

I know a few real experts who might be willing to testify and I am going to find a lawyer (it's difficult because most are scared away from the mercury issue because of ADA and FDA misinformation) and i am going to continue to pursue this. If anyone else has any other good ideas let me know.

There needs to be accountability for the suffering of so many people. Surely there are attorneys who have suffered this and would be willing to fight a good fight, there certainly are plenty of dentists who have suffered and know the truth, and likewise other health professionals. We need to align and demand our rights and compensation for our injuries and probable early demise.

I had 17 horrible physical symptoms and numerous emotions issues that all went away after my amalgam removal and detox.

Would you call that cured?

It does seem quite strange to me that all the months i've been browsing this forum i've heard of no one being cured except for Russ has been cured, who of course has comercial interests in amalgam removal with his online store.
I must stress i am not making any accusations at all about Russ. I'm simply very skeptical by nature and find it strange that no one who has been cured or almost cured has stuck around to help others.

I had Chronic Epstein Barr virus for many years. This was the main reason I decided to get my 17 dental amalgams removed. I also had a root canaled tooth extracted. In the reading that I'd done, mercury toxicity (particularly from dental amalgams) is a cause of Chronic EBV.

Weeks after removing my amalgams and root canaled tooth, my Chronic EBV was gone and I have the blood results to prove it.

Removing my dental amalgams cured me of EBV.

I still have some other health issues that are hanging around and I believe that they will improve (or completely go away) if I ever get to a point to do formal chelation of some kind.

For what it's worth, I did post my positive results on this Forum many months ago -- I guess no one bothered to read it.

People have been -- and indeed, are, being cured of various maladies and diseases by removing their amalgams.

In case you need further data to believe the health benefits of amalgam removal, try having a look at this study -- its a compilation of scientific references relating to improved health as a result of mercury amalgam filling removal and linked diseases and symptoms.

Good job SS, I think much of this person/s negativity may come as the result of a mercury poisoned mind.

Again I want to thank Russ and Laura for all their hard work and dedication to this cause, without people like them, many would still be battling a losing battle against mercury toxicity.

I improved by leaps and bounds by getting my mercury fillings out, and would be even better if I had not got my cancer diagnosis, which probably wouldn't have happened if I had this knowledge much earlier in life.

Thanks for all you do Russ and Laura and I am sure you know that this person's opinion is not reflective of the majority.

I understand this point of view and I do appreciate the disclaimer. It's healthy to be careful what you accept so... no problem.

I will say that of all the people I've met, Laura and I both have had probably the most dramatic recovery. I'm not sure why this is, but I would guess that it's most likely a combination of things. Perhaps the amount of physical exercise I used to get along with my gentle long-term detox style.

Anyway, I have heard from people here that they are showing improvement. I just know that a lot of people do pretty aggressive detox programs, so that could play into it as well.

I also understand and appreciate skepticism about having an interest in detox herb sales, I too put more value on studies concerning drugs or even foot baths that aren't connected with the seller.

Just so there's no confusion, here are the basic stats on my profit from supplements. Laura and I make a combined total of about $200 per month on the sale of all the supplements we sell (we sell at our cost but we do get a small commission from NSP at the end of each month. I honestly don't know what the percentage is, but I know it's small.).

I put in about 35 hours per month on this forum and about 15 hours per month speaking to people on the phone or writing emails about mercury toxicity. Laura spends about 8 hours per month on the forum and about 4 hours speaking to people or emailing people.

Now, if we do the math:

35
15
8
4 +
----
62

$200 / 62 hours = $3.22 per hour.

This does not count the hours of website and forum maintenance, nor does it count the hours of additional research time I spend reading books and studies and watching videos on the subject.

Considering that with my skill set, I could get a job starting at about $60K per year, ($28 per hour), I'm not doing too well in the herb sale business.

Frankly, I don't care much about the herb sale business except that I do post links to my herb website fairly often. This is mostly because I want new people to discover how well these things really work. (Maybe that's why I had such a good recovery?).

Anyway, I also have had 2 standing offers to give free products away on this forum within the past couple months, of course, at a loss to me. The real benefit is seeing someone discover how well herbs work and then getting control of their health. I honestly consider the money I make negligible.

I also recommend against some of the supplements I sell until later in a detox program, like ALA and Heavy Metal Detox. These would only make people sicker if they took them too soon and I don't want that.

I have also given products away to people, but I don't publicize that (and don't want to) because that's part of my service that I do for the people and I believe it's what God would have me do.

So...

I do appreciate the skepticism and I have no problem with it. You disclaimed it well and were kind about it. I even agree with the lack of dramatic recoveries.

I would venture to make a guess that the biggest problem with many (or most) people's detox programs is that they do not include enough sweat-producing exercise. Sweating is one of the best (and cheapest) ways to detox mercury.

I am anxious for the day when we see more people recovering at a faster rate. I am also anxious for the day when justice is brought to those who brought this torment upon us—and it is torment.

About what you said about people sticking around to help others...

I agree. I would love to have more people participate in this process. I have asked many for their stories so I can post them (mercurytalk.com) and yet it's pretty rare to get a new story these days. People are busy but I believe it's very important to make time to give back to society in general, and there are many ways to do that.

Hope this helps.

That was an excellent post Russ, you didn’t have to clarify in such great detail, but myself, and I’m sure others certainly appreciate the fact that you have.
I'm glad you could see that my previous post was not intentionally written in a negative or cynical manner as previous posters mentioned, but merely an inquisitive one.
I feel this forum would certainly benefit from more objectivity, providing it’s well thought out. I found Russ's posts about ionic footbaths to be a good example of this and very informative.
I do plan on getting my amalgams out very shortly and if my symptoms do disappear or improve I wouldn’t hesitate in using my story as a way to help others. Although facts and figures are important, I believe real stories from real people are the best way of convincing people that their symptoms may just be caused by mercury toxicity
