Thanks, Russ. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Here's some additional info. I went to a local dentist and had my do x-rays of my mouth. Supposedly all of the fillings in my mouth, currently, are composite, and the filling(s) I thought I had are removed. I called up my original dentist asking them what type of filling was in my mouth originally on my visit late last year, and they said it was a composite. So, here I'm wondering, either they're lying to try to cover their butts and they realize their mistake (which might just be paranoia on my part), or I have a chemical reaction to these composite fillings, or both.

I'm scheduled to go get 3 MRIs done next Tuesday. 1 of the brain, and two of the different parts of the spine. I'm worried because I don't want to get diagnosed with something like MS for sure if the results show I have nerve damage, but at the same time, I want proof to show that there's something wrong with me so that my family, girfriend, etc will at least have some sort of sympathy for me. Right now they simply think I'm a nutjob and that it's "all in my head".

I've already cancelled the MRIs once -- I'm just worried that they may do harm if I do indeed have mercury toxicity.

Following the MRIs I have an appointment with my hometown doc as well, and I'm not sure if he's going to believe my wholw "filling" theory. I guess it doesn't help that I ate probably ~50 cans of tuna around the mouths surround this... :-(

Also to note, I guess, is that I was on a strict low carb, lots-o-aspartame diet around the same time. I've read that there is potential issues with this artificial sweetner, yet at the same time, I read that it's bogus.
