Jinx,
Could you be more precise as to what your symptoms are. Do you have difficulty concentrating? Do you have an attention deficit? Are you constantly fatigued? Do you have a hard time waking up in the morning? How is your digestion? What do your stools look like, (refer to the Bristol Chart)?
You say you have psychotic episodes. Do you have paranoid ideas, ideas of reverence, delusions of grandeur, do you have periods where you feel lots of energy and then a few days or hours later are you suddenly depressed? How would you describe your impairments? Is you skin dry and itchy? How's your sex drive? Do you feel any physical attraction towards anyone?
What I would like you to do is to have these very accessible blood tests done if you can. It shouldn't be a problem if you have a general practionner. BUT GET A COPY OF THE RESULTS and post them here. I want you to check your thyroid status: get the [color:"blue"]TSH test done, the Free T4 AND Free T3 tests[/color] done. If you can (these can be more difficult to get done however...) also do the anti-thyroperoxidase and anti-microsomal antibodies titres as well. Post the results here and I might be able to help you further. Your symptoms can be indicative also of a deficient thyroid gland status (hypothyroidism) -- it often occurs with mercury poisonning.
Don't give up. Your situation is very similar to mine. I only found out recently that I am mercury poisonned and I am 28. Me too I want a normal life with all the things you described, the longing for love, enjoyment, etc. I had to stabilize my thyroid condition first. And you need to check it before you chelate. If you are severly poisonned I wouldn't be suprised that you have severe hypothyroidism. Thyroid hormone replacement could give you a lot back until you can chelate or completly remove the amalgams.
Hope to hear from you soon <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
