This subject comes up on here from time to time. I have recently taken advice to use saunas regularly after having more dental work. I have been feeling gradually worse and worse and have only just put two and two together again. Saunas make worse ! I was looking back through old postings on here from a couple of years ago where i was saying the same thing then and coming to the same conclusion. I wish i could remeber stuff like this and had more faith in my own experience. sometimes i think thats half the battle.

Richard, i have taken quite a few saunas since removal and sometimes they can make me feel great while othere times i felt i could drop dead afterwards. Someone mentioned that it could be due to other peoples mercury or not taking enough supplements afterwards, or drinking enough water maybe.

I have been using the old style sauna. The first three or four I did were fine and I felt a lot better but the more i have done the worse i have gradually felt. I think its something to do with the heat mobilising too much mercury for my system to handle. And i have also heard that inhaling the vapour from detoxed mercury in mine and others sweat may also be a factor.

Richard,
I felt worse when I first start taking saunas, I think it may have been a lack of hyrdation or the fact that my body was shedding a lot of mercury and working hard. I feel better after one these days/ or after sweating during sport.

I have started using a steam room rather than sauna and have been finding it a lot better. I think the problem with sauna for me and possibly others, may be the off gassing of chemicals that might be used in treating the wood.

I go outside and find work to do in the hot sun (wear a hat and light fabric long sleeves if real sunny).. oh move firewood around, clean up the yard, rake some, dig in the garden, whatever. After about an hour of that I am dripping and take a hot soapy shower.
I have noticed showering twice a day when mercury toxic is a good idea.
The theory of other people's toxic sweat in a sauna keeps me far away from that, it makes too much perfect sense to ignore.
Hope you are not using antiperspirants with aluminum either, don;t block your armpit lymph nodes with more toxins. They make some good herbal ones these days, have to get that at your whole food store with your non-flouride toothpaste.
