Just on day 2 of algin, but it seems thus far to prevent or stop these head pains I've been getting, a tightening of the skull, ear pressure, numb face, brain fog.
If it does indeed help with that, does that strongly indicate that mercury is indeed my problem?

Fresh cilantro, a teaspoon or two of leaves, plus about 50-75 mgs of DMSA keeps me headache free. Just at night before bed, no major big routine. Don't eat a big meal for 3 hours before taking that.
The IV DMPS may have helped also. Before my doctor would give me the DMPS on a regular basis, the other chelation (EDTA) would leave me with a pretty good stuffy head and possible headache. Gone now though for the most part (even after EDTA) as long as I maintain the cilantro and DMSA. Those first few weeks of only IV EDTA were h_ll but I am so much better now because of the other combo chelators and the lack of headaches.
the headaches are completely debilitating. If your face is numb and you are sure it's mercury you should go in at least just once or twice for the DMPS if you can, it helps a whole lot, gets rid of a lot of mercury real fast.

If it does indeed help with that, does that strongly indicate that mercury is indeed my problem? Good to hear that algin is working for you. I personally believe that if Algin makes you feel better, it could be an indication that you have mercury toxicity. Of course, algin also absorbs strontium-90, barium, cadmium, manganese, mercury, tin and zinc. ...So, it could also indicate issues with these metals as well. I cheated yesterday and had salmon. Without Algin, I would have fairly serious mercury symptoms. With Algin; Nothing at all. Hope this helps.
