vega testing - no -pin prick allery testing you do , personally I wouldnt rely on either.If you eat something and get a bad reaction you are allergic. I ve had some all my life and believe you'll know when you get it. I get it especially with some fruits and always have done since being little . They make my mouth. tongue and throat swell.
