I don tbelieve in VEGA testing...Im sure this is what it was. I held a silver baton or probe in one hand and had a pin prick on my finger. And then they test the product on this machine and put this thing near my finger where I was pin pricked...THis is Vega testing correct? I tried it at 3 different local health food stores which use the same method and the first results where,
INTOLERANT to Wheat, Dairy, Sugar red wine etc.
2nd test said Wheat, Yeast, Cabbage, Tomatoes
3rd Test Wheat, Dairy, Sugar, Cola, LActose(MODERATE) etc....
The results where all MARKED intolerances...then I also have MODERATE and MILD.
Whats worst on the scale. MARKED , MODERATE or Mild?
Mine were all MARKED except Lactose (Sugar Milk).
But why are the tests all different results?
Plus their is IgE, IgG and cellular tests such as ALCAT..

when i went to dr hesham. he refered me to stephen macallan, harley street london. he picked up alot of things. which was true.. im not sure about using vega testing. for food intolarances. but saying that alcat, igG food intolarance blood testing. has been known to show different results also!

Hi, If you had your finger pricked then it was most definitely not a Vega test. Nothing enters the skin when having a Vega test done. There are no needles or any other sharp objects which can penetrate the skin. Vega testing...real Vega testing..is very accurate and been proven so. I cant find any research on the web that states Vega testing is effective. The only study that i have found says its not. This is a double blind, randomised study reported in the British Medical Journal http://www.bmj.com/cgi/content/abstract/322/7279/131

i wouildnt waste my money on these tests, if you think something gives you a problem dont eat it for a while and see how it goes. Most of us are intolerant to dairy, wheat and yeast and tomatoes are a big one too, even if they dont give you reactions, they can still bring down the immune system.

Agreed.. but, Tomatoes? I love tomatoes, fresh organic tomatoes.
Don't forget soy though. It's in a lot of processed food these days, check your labels.

An I was thinkin this thread was about the Vegas test... Welp, I had me some doubts about that test but had to have one for ma dentist cuz a my suspicion of a cavitation ,an the tester guy picked it up, in the exact former tooth location. So then I had the cavitat scan just for a map a the dang thing an sure enough, there it was, right in the same place. Course some folks don't believe in the cavitat scan. I keep sayin it but I do believe it's the skill a the technician doin the testin. I mean the cavitat scan is a ultrasound, so it's scientific, right? But a person can mess up an not read it right, too. Folks inta macrobiotics don't like tomatoes, too yang, or is it yin? Also, ain't it a deadly nightshade family plant, one a the solanums, like potatoes? People with high acidity find em irritatin.I think it's one a them seasonal foods the system tolerates better when it's in season where ya live, an a course naturally ripened helps, too.One a ma kids can eat the small orange sweet ones in the summer if we grow em, but never any other time a year.

vega testing - no -pin prick allery testing you do , personally I wouldnt rely on either. If you eat something and get a bad reaction you are allergic. I ve had some all my life and believe you'll know when you get it. I get it especially with some fruits and always have done since being little . They make my mouth. tongue and throat swell. Your better off trying things yourself. Thats my opinion. Hugs Tracy
