the crisis team came today and I begged for some sleeping tabs she said no way and spoke to me like I was th lowest life on the planet I wnded up walking out in tears and I suppose that did my record a great deal of good I have been planning my funeral all day and long for that peace Im not afraid to let go at all just want to stop this nightmare Tracy xxxxxx
