whats worse MARKED - MODERATE - MILD

I had a test (Held a metal probe and have a pin prick on other hand and put the bjext next too this machine and it showed Wheat, red wine, sugar, lactose, Cola, Beer etc as MARKED
and lactose was MODERATE

What does this mean and what testing was this(done at health food store)
