I had that same feeling after dental visits but I believe it was from the novacain with vasoconstrictors.
When I had my last 3 fillings removed the biodentist used carbocain sp? and did not get any of these feelings or reactions.
Those who get those weird feelings, spaced out feeling, heart palpatations after dental work should always ask for carbocain as it does not contain any vasoconstrictors. But be advised the carbo cain does not last as long and you may need to get stuck a few times during your removal.
