Thanks Teri and Sandi, your words and prayers mean so much to me. Everything went well, except we did not use a dam d/t my jaw wanting to lock up. The dam made it impossible to work in my mouth so they were extra viligent with the high speed suction. When I was done, I was overcome with tears. I couldn't help but just weep. I have had mercury in my mouth sense I was 9 and the thought of no mercury was too much for me to control my emotions. Teri, I am going to follow Andrew Cultlers protocol as best as I can understand it. My ability to comprehend many things is still a big problem for me and I am constantly rereading to get it to stick. Slow and steady as Sandi says is what I am going to try to do I can't afford to rush because my kids need me to be there for them mentally and physically and I have had too many of those days where I couldn't be a mom to them. God knows and understands and I just need to give it up to Him <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
