Thank you so much for your posts Sharon and Nicola. You explained your experiences really well and it is helping me a lot in making my decision. I am curious as to what dosages of hydrocortisone you are taking. My dr. already decreased me from 7.5 mg. and 5 mg.at 2:00 to 5 and 5. In two months she wants me to go back to 5 and 2.5. And continue to wean down from there. But I haven't even started amalgam removal or chelation so I'm thinking I may need it higher for longer than she says. I had just started to have more energy on the 7.5 dosage, and have been feeling more wiped out/foggy since going down.
