i too suffer with panic attacks. but more so social anxiety.
all mine stated about 7 years ago. all for no apparent reason.
now i believe it's all because of the amalgams. i had placed 2 years before they started.
this is the main symptom thats really effecting my life..
i cant go out in public anymore.without spinning out.
i know only work part time.because of this. and the numbness ive been suffering from the last 3 years.
i've even lost my girlfriend after a 6 year relationship. about 7 months ago.because she said i was boring. and said i never went out with her anywhere.

i now plan to get my life back on track. now 29. hope to sort everything before 30.
