Under certain circumstance perhaps, but I checked and these are listed as current (not expired) at the USPTO. You can search for more patents owned by the American Dental Association here: http://patft.uspto.gov/netahtml/PTO/search-bool.htmlType 'American dental association' in the Term 1 field, scroll to Assignee name in the Field 1 drop down and then click 'Search'.
