Also, I would be happy to get some kind of filter even if I had to replace it every three months just to at least reduce the fluoride exposure I'm getting.

So, judging by your writing, I'm looking for an ion-exchange unit that uses resin. Is there a name for this that I can look for in the marketplace?

I would think that some reduction of exposure would be better than none, right?
