I don't know Bex, your words concerning chelating while still with amalgams in concerned me a bit.. I spoke this morning with a friend, I will not mention names here, but he describes himself at his website as 'with extensive graduate and post graduate studies in the field of nutrition and biochemistry. His education includes an undergraduate degree in Biological Science and Chemistry from Florida State University. He has also completed a second undergraduate degree in Psychology and Exercise Physiology, a Masters degree in Business Administration, and a Doctorate degree in Science.'... and then I went this afternon to see a well known and respected biological dentist who just happens to be an old old friend of a very good friend of mine, and then of course, my integrative med dr, whose background reads 'certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Board of Medical Management, American Board of Chelation Therapy, American Board of Oxidative Medicine and qualified by the American Board of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, and American Board of Environmental Medicine. He is a member of the American College for the Advancement of Medicine, International College of Integrative Medicine, American Public Health Association, American Society of Bariatric Physicians, and International Bio-Oxidative Medicine Association among others. He has published numerous articles and presented to a number of professional societies, as well as public forums'... al well known and respected people in in the healthcare field and all very well versed in mercury/amalgam toxicity... and they all say the same thing to me, which is CHELATE NOW!!!!

One of them even gave me some DMSA tabs he says work better.
