ok....yesterday i went for a colonic and had the doctor do it so she could see what was coming out (yuk). she said i had alot of mucus and did have candida. she gave me a bunch of stuff to take, here it goes:
AQUA FLORA-PHASE 1
SUPER ENZYME CAPS
FLAX OIL
SUN CHLORELLA
TROPICAL OASIS MULTIVITAMIN/MINERAL (has lots of metals in it though)
HOMEOPATHIC "EXHAUSTION RELIEF" DROPS
HOMEOPATHIC "DENTAL METAL & AMALGAM INTOXICATION FORMULA"

the multivitimin i'm sticking with is REVIVAL multivitam and REVIVAL calcium. i didn't like the other vitamin from Solgar, i didn't feel good with it.
so far from that list i just gave you i have taken the Aqua Flora, my REVIVAL multi and REVIVAL calcium and my NATURES BOUNTY magnesium 230 mg, BLUEBONNET vitamin D 400 IU.....
the AQUA FLORA is making my hives come out in my hands (toxins stirring up)? makes my tongue a little stingy/numb.
so what do you think of all these things? btw, after the colonic i felt a tad calmer, what do you think this means?
