Has anyone used chromium picolinate for chronic fatigue? I noticed a reference to it here http://www.cfspages.com/cured.html and in Andy Cutler's book. I am suffering from severe fatigue and I'm desperately searching for something that will give me more strength.

Chromium piccolonate is normaly supplemented to regulate blood sugar levels for hypoglycemia,i have not taken it in a while but i did have a bit more energy when taking it,but i also had more amalgams in,so it's hard to tell if it helped or if my body is just releasing mercury right now.

I have amalgams and take some of this stuff. If other conditions are right (enough sleep, right foods, etc.) it works quite well. If those conditions are way off as they often are with me, it makes little noticable difference. Worth trying; even though it doesn't always work when it works it's great.

When my amalgams were still in, chromium picolinate unfortunately didn't do anything for me. I then tried GTF Chromium. The change was really amazing. I had always had terrible sweet cravings. The GTF Chromium took them away complete (2 per day). Of course, as soon as my fillings were removed, my sweet cravings went away on their own and I no longer took the GTF Chromium. If someone is trying to control sweet cravings, I hope this helps you.
