Dear Elvis I read your post about Arnica is it really effective and does it take long too work cos I badly need something for my nerves not to go into too much detail but at the moment my nervous system is absolutely shot to the point Im finding it really difficult to function as my mum is in hopital again and I am worried to death about her and there is a big family feud goin on which I am caught in the middle of I was so bad yesterday couldnt visit my mum and when I go to bed I wake all the time with panic attack so I am absolutely exhausted on top of bein ill I jump at every little noise I really need something Thanks Tracy
