Just wondering how many pwople are suffering with painful lymph glands. If your lymph glands are not working, mine have completely shut down at present, it will be difficult to eliminate toxins. Tracy

Yup been there, dry brushing, http://www.bestcare-uk.com/skin_brushing.htm epsom salts baths, and rebounding on a mini trampoline or any mild exercise...but especially the bouncing gets the pumping action going. You can even stand in one spot and do slight knee bends for 5 minutes several times a day, just a light bouncing action and that will help too. Hope this helps, Sandi xoxo

First get several different authors of books on Reflexology from the library & learn to massage these through your feet. However I would also massage those Lymph nodes directly in order to free them so the blood flow freely to do its work properly.
Also check out site on FOOD GRADE Hydrogen Peroxide.

I did DMPS a couple times after my amalgam removal. My lymph glands would swell to the size of marbles under my arm and just ache horribly for about 24 hours. They also became inflamed and burned after hard exercise.
You're not alone.

The lymph glands under my arms use to swell on and off for years. Now I'm wondering if it might have had to do with the mercury in my fillings. Never connected the two.
