Nice list of dentists. How come hesham isnt on the list?

Also Gareth rhidian sounds very good but I heard of stories of people not recovering from seeing him or david harvey austin since he missed a cavity and didnt pull a tooth out properly (Raygee mentions).

anyone have god experience with any of the dentists?
