I for one found Lyn Rennicks answer very informative and had the rubber dam used for my first mercury removal, and how did that work?
When I left the dentist I stood outside a parked car of the type I had 5 years ago trying to get in and wondered why my keys wouldn't open it, when I finally found my present car, I drove off to the cash machine put my card in and wandered off without my money and later wondered why I didnt have any thing to pay for my kids lunch!
I don't care if anyone goes to my dentist or not.
