Who feels like mercury poisoning has separated you from God? I struggle with this all of the time and it's very depressing.

Dietrich Klinghardt, MD wrote that the most profound effect of mercury poisoning is a lack of connection to God.

As a believer myself, this has been profound. I've never known such disconnection and I feel like the telephone has been taken off the hook in that regard. It feels like I get an engaged signal constantly. I find I can't pray like I used to, I don't feel a thing and feel as though i'm a bad person and/or I'm just being ignored or punished or both.

I'm basically a spiritual cripple these days. God feels like he's out of touch, out of reach.

Klinghardt is a master Aaron. If i was in the Seattle area, that's who i'd go to. He's done seminars in Europe and people i've spoken to have been bowled over by them. If there were more docs like him around, less of us would be struggling to find answers.

Aaron,

You bring up an excellent point.

In my studies of the world condition, I have concluded that one of the primary reasons that mercury is distributed, encouraged and defended in society is that the power brokers know and understand this very issue: That mercury breaks your faith by:

(1) making you fearful, and
(2) by making you feel just pain horrible.

Take courage. God is well aware of the methods used by the evil ones in this world and He will surely allow His own mercy to prevail. It's a very unfair fight when you're drugged (mercury acts like a poison and a drug in the body).

He has made promises, which will never be broken. He expects that we do our best in our situation. I bet you're trying as well as you can in your current situation and that's exactly what He wants.

Keep pushing on.

Thanks Russ, this is something I needed to hear! I wonder how many have ended their lives because of this poison, or ended up in mental hospitals. Ive not come across so much suffering as I have on these kinds of forums. It's mind boggling.

Thanks, Russ. Someday I hope that God will reward the Black Sheep (mentally ill Christians) for their faithfulness.

Mercury has separated me from so much and so many, only a cancer diagnosis has brought much of it back. Now that I have a disease that people know, they can understand my illness, but God is all knowing and kind, he still understands.

But I feel the same Aaron, how many people may have been locked up in institutions because they were considered mentally insane rather than mercury toxic...makes me sad to think about it.

One of the chemos that I am taking has platiunum in it,and is causing more candida and more brain fog, but not near so devastating as mercury. But thanks to the Immune stimulator and astralagus from Nature's Sunshine, it is helping to counter the effects of the chemo. I have been warned not to interfere with the action of the chemo, but even my new MD says that the chemo will kill the cancer but it will half kill you too.

Thanks for bringing this topic up...very dear to my heart right now.

Best love,
Sandi

Sandi you are so brave. I dont know how your managing to cope with all of this. But I suppose like all of us we have to try to deal with whatever comes along. I remember an aunt of mine who was devoutly religious and when she got cancer she turned against God. She fought the illness for years and doctors were amazed at her I guess stubborness to die and funnily enough toward the end she found God again. I suppose the unfairness of it all makes us blame someone and if we regard him as the guy in charge he has to cop it. All my love to you and Best wishes Tracy

What comes to mind while reading here is the bible verse "The last shall be first and the first shall be last"

Also- the chapter in the book of Revelations where the sheep are seperated from the goats-- The sheep being the sincere from the goats --those who pretended to be sheep, but who were actually a thorn in the sheep's side.
As far as God is concerned, there are no black sheep- all sheep are accepted. The wolves in sheep's clothing are not .

God sees all and He isnt' happy with the evil going on. Mankind is being given a time to change- but eventually that time will end , and there will be many in high places of corruption trying to hide behind rocks from God when that time comes.

But will that time be to late for us sorry to all of those who believe but I for one have given up. I have prayed in the past not for me to recover for myself but so that my family dont have to suffer any more and I hear and feel nothing I have given all my life and wanted and asked for nothing more than a normal life for my family but it seems although we are decent folk we're not even allowed this much and Im sorry I just dont get this judgement day thing cos how does that help us in the meantime I feel no strength from god at all Tracy

I know what you mean. I'm certainly not going to get better through divine intervention. It will be constant graft, research, talking to patients, to doctors, exploring every option and avenue....that ultimately saves my life. Even Klinghardt at the top of this thread, who i regard as a master, would say the mercury has to come out no matter what you believe in. I've had christians come and pray, then desert me when i wouldn't go to church with them. I've had Jehovahs, Mormons you name it, but it will be me and me alone who finds an answer to this.

definately every God believing person has abandoned me through this illness, that cant be right can it. No one has comfoted me or given me words of strength its just like they dont want to know or have no idea what to say my dad was brought up as a devout christian now he believes theres nothing there and I tend to believe him and thats not the Mercury talking. Why should we cling to something we cant see feel or get no repsonse from, its just a crutch to hold on to and I beleive when we're gone we're gone. Man alone has created all the evil in this world of his own doing its got nothing to do with a higher power of any sort.

Personally keeping faith has been the only thing to get me through this kind of stuff sanely. God gives us grace, and we may not feel him because we choose to let go of our faith. There are so many encouraging words in the New Testament about the love of Christ...what does one have to lose by clinging no matter what the circumstances? Sorry if I come across too opinionated..just my hope that you all can keep some peace for yourselves.

"For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us." - Romans 8:18

Just remember that this life is a blink of an eye compared to eternity. <3

"definately every God believing person has abandoned me through this illness, that cant be right can it. No one has comfoted me or given me words of strength"

Tracy, I don't understand this. Haven't God believing people on this forum supported you at all or given you any words of strength?

My parents believe in God and have supported me through this illness the whole way. I could have lost my faith many times becuase of my suffering, but I look at the cross and recall Christ also felt abandoned also.

You can't judge whether there is a GOd or not by the ones who let you down. People are people and not all of us live up to our beliefs. If you want to convince yourself there is no God, you'd only have to focus on the bad from believers and make sure you ignore all the good. And believe me there is good. You only have to look at all the organisations around the world, Christian/Catholic looking after the poor, the sick, devoting their lives to them.

I know how easy is it to lose your faith with this kind of suffering, I've had it occur many times, but something for some reason remains and I can't shake it completely. Nobody would blame you at all, many become atheists in wars and those of extreme suffering or ones who have seen it happen to others. But I don't judge all believers by the few who let me down. There are plenty out there that are good, and you've seen them on this very forum.

Well you say it is just a crutch....perhaps it is sometimes, we are asked to lean on our faith, that is what we are meant to do.

I understand all your saying Bex and I certainly wouldnt judge anyone who has faith. I wish I did, but I guess at the moment Im feeling that separation thing pretty bad. It must be comforting to have something to turn to I just wish I had this feeling inside me but at the moment I dont, maybe it will return someday I dont know. Tracy

HI Tracy, I completely understand. Have been there many times. It seems the more ill and wretched I am, the more faith I lose and the angrier I get, or I stop believing altogether.

It seems the more I need my faith in those moments, I tend often to lose it instead. What's happening to you is normal and shows how much pain you really are in.

Nobody is judging you one way or the other. Survivial in this is heroic and having a family at the sametime? Is beyond something I can even imagine.

I prayed to God this morning for people here and my family for putting up with me, but i cant seem to go into a church at the moment, i said to myself i will when im totally better for at least 6 mths, its like everything washes over me and the reason is because i have 2 lovely little girls who see their mum ill, and they dont deserve it, i want to go to work and do the best for them and be normal but mercury has stopped me doing it, if i had known i would be like this, i wouldnt have had children, its mostly guilt.
I thank God that i didnt get ill when they were small as i wouldnt have coped at all.

CS Lewis wrote a book called The Problem of Pain after he lost his wife to cancer. Up until that time his faith was largely intellectual but the pain of a great loss put his faith to the test.

Millenia ago Job, a righteous man, was put to the test because Satan told God that Job would curse him if all of the good things in his life were taken from him. God let Satan test Job's faith and while Job cracked he never totally broke. God never told Job why he was tested but he did restore Job's belongings and his health. The point of that book is that God is so much wiser than us that we can't judge him when he allows our faith to be tested.

Having said that I must admit that I've been in so much pain that I have considered cursing God and killing myself. Job's wife told her husband to curse God and die but he didn't do that and so far I haven't taken that route either.

What's the point? The point is that even if we were all in excellent health (and I pray that we reach that point) someday we will die and leave this world behind. What happens then? Some think that we simply cease to exist but I don't believe that. The very fact that we exist points to the existence of some higher power and I believe that higher power is the God described in the Bible.

The point is that we are as fallen and hopeless as the evil men that put us in this desperate situation. Without the blood of Jesus Christ we must all face the wrath of God someday.

I'm going outside the focus of this forum but I think that Russ and Laura won't mind because they are Christians and their ultimate goal, like mine, is to see that you all get to heaven.

Since I started this thread I felt like I needed to say something and this is what I feel God has led me to say.

I have been reading a book called "The Purpose Driven Life" by Rick Warren and he says that God gives pain and suffering to those that he wants to draw closer to him. To me that sounds pretty logical cause even though I was always a basically good person, I didn't live a Godlike existence...and I had lots of room for improvement and still do. But I had jealousy and envy and anger and rage and lots of other characteristics that I didn't admire in others, but didn't see in myself. Getting cancer has been a real enlightening experience and almost empowering, cause I have had to turn things over to God, and I am still a work in progress.

This book is a great book for anyone to read that wants to develop a closer relationship to God, I didn't know how to get the faith until I read that, it really helped me....40 short chapters for 40 days, well worth the read and the $$$$.

Good thread and wise words, thanks to Aaron and all!!!

Wise men say only fools rush in, sos Ah thought Ah better wait 5 minutes before Ah stick mah oar in but Ah been itchin like a man on a fuzzy tree...
Ah know how hard it is to keep the faith, Ah been indescribablly blue, Ah musta lost mah faith more times than mah daddy missed the spitoon with his chewin tabaccy when Ah was REAL ill.Y'all prolly don't take me to be serious but that was half mah prollem, Ah had to find a ways to laugh at mahself.
Just look at me
Ahm Elvis!!!
(dontcha thank Ah look kinda like Russ? Why is that man single?)
Anaways, Ah DO believe in God, Ah actually experienced being stuck in the white tunnel a pure light and love , prollem was Ah couldn't go nowheres, Ah was like my big ol coondog stuck in a catflap (had me more of a weight prollem back then)
Anaways, Ah come back here with a whole new perspective. Not to say Ahm not still kinda confused but Ah learnt how to laugh at myself (and a few others, but only behind their backs, sometimes thats truly kinder) But the main thang is Ah learned to try and give a little more love than Ah may want others to give me back.(Ah don't always suceed, though) but Ah learned it makes ME feel good to give before Ah expect to get, (still selfish Ah supose)
Sometimes Ah like to look directly into the center of a flower, like a rose , or the shiny light in a lil childs eyes, and Ah thank, who made all this?
Where did it all come from? An Ah don't believe a big ol' room full a monkeys and typewriters given infinite time could write Shakespear neither. seems to me theres gotta be a masterplan.
We all just gotta sometimes take a break from the "me" and feel the moment kinda empty from all our strugglin and rest in the bosom a the infinite ,everthang goes on with us or without us anaways.
But heck, don't judge God by the humans, sometimes we gotta set the tone for how we want it to be.
Oh yeah ,and Ah got a good homopath, its a well known fact they got remedies exactly for separation from God!
Ah coulda said that right from the start but Ahm sufferin from wind tonight.
God bless
Ah know Ah'm soundin kinda zen but Ah had a major diet change.
And gratitude, a lotta folks don't take the time to realize how much we all gotta be thankful for, heck, we all got COMPUTERS!!!
Ah knew a woman dyin with aids who said, Ahm livin til the day Ah die. An thats what Ah try an do, even when Ah feel like greschelpy.

No problem at all.

Just in case someone has not yet seen this:
http://herballure.com/bibledrugs

"And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God."
—Romans 8:17-19

We've got a lot to look forward to.

It can help us be more stable in our faith if we believe that faith has nothing to do with out emotions. It may effect our emotions, but the bottom line is, if God promised it, it's true. It does not matter how we feel about it.

This great truth frees us from having to be reliant on our own souls for faith. What freedom!

Amen...we have a lot to look forward to. Losing faith due to sickness isn't worth giving up what is promised to us through Christ...ever.

And the worst thing we can do is give up on God due to the actions of other human beings.

Don't know what you all think about these, but it always helps me to read some near-death experiences. Ian McCormack is a great one to start out with if you're interested.

Fortunately, God's promises are not dependent on our feelings. That's good news for both of us. Keep pushing on.

I hope that you're right, Russ. I called in sick today because I feel so awful and I rarely do that.

Tonight I'm going to meet with someone from my old church to discuss the spiritual implications of my situation. I don't know what he can tell me but I'm trying to regain my spiritual moorings.

What do I do if there is no hope?

There is hope. In fact, there is more than hope, there are promises, and you are allowed to hold God to them. He expects you to expect the best from Him because He always delivers on His promises.

He is allowing people to perform and to suffer these horrible evils on Earth for now, but this is only temporary and it is all heading somewhere big.

Laura and I study the Bible weekly (usually on Saturday) and we are into some advanced stuff dealing with near-future prophecy. I only wish people could see and understand the things that are written in this book. There is nothing like it.

So, there is always hope. The only thing that separates you from your hopes and your dreams-realized is that great buffer called time.

The problem is, Russ, that the pain is so great that I fear that I'll commit suicide and then lose my salvation. Then there is no hope.

Tracy,
I'm so, so sorry for your horendous pain. I wish I could see you and talk to you just to let you know someone cares--as all of us here do. Is there just one little thing in your life that is "bright" or hopeful? If you can find one tiny thing it might be enough to hang on to - for now. Have you experienced any improvements in the course of this misery? If you have, focus on those things, realizing that this is a roller coaster ride for a long time.
Btw, God loves you no matter what-- He can't help but love you-- you are a part of Him. He always forgives because He know and understands more that we ever could. We don't have to wonder about how he will judge us. His love covers His judgement.
Stay with us. Breathe !!

Have you ever heard of that 12 year-old child prodigy named "Akaine" who does spiritual poetry and paintings? She has been on Oprah and Lou Dobbs interviewed her and even visited her home.

I read a magazine interview with her and her mother

. This child has had frequent visitations and contacts with God- her soul even visited Heaven. Her mother was an athiest, but soon found that her daughter's experiences were so unusual that she can no longer be an athiest.

Her mother said, "None of us are planners, because as soon as we plan our day, God changes it."

Her paintings unleashed a wall of tears in me and I am no longer the same inside.
The girl is very humble also- saying that she doesn't know what her paintings all mean, and that others who see them find the spiritual meaning before she does.

At the age of 8 She did a beautiful professional painting of "The Prince of Peace". Apparantly, she had visitations with Him as well!

She is not embarrassed in the least to talk about it to the public, She says, "I want my art to draw people's attention to God and I want my poetry to keep people's attention to God,"

She said in the magazine article, "I want to tell people that God loves them. He doesn't only speak to me. I've seen that God speaks to people everywhere, no matter what their religion or even if they don't believe in God."

Folks- the mercury has not only placed a wall in our body from health, but like flouride-- it has also placed a blockage to our senses , chakra points, or whatever you want to call it- that makes us loose the sense of God. I believe without the mercury in our body-- we would be like children and have a clear sense of the spiritual around us.

Thank God things are not hopeless as we continue to chelate and restoration takes place--however slow, but sure.

I hope that you're right because that's how I feel right now.
