After my amalgam removal, and cilantro experiments i had the worst months of my life and spent most of the time in bed with anxiety, depression, paranoia, insomnia, fatigue etc.
I was really desperate and felt like i had damaged myself permanently. Then i started NCD two months ago. At first it, i felt a bit better but also had detox symptoms. After a while i started taking a high dose for 3 weeks. I did not notice, anything special, maybe less anxiety but more fatigue. Then after three weeks things got worse, i felt like all the old symptoms were coming back worse than before, i felt like crying all the time.
I was angry because it seemed nothing was working for me.
I did not realise that i was detoxing too fast <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> - when i lowered the dose, suddenly the symptoms were reduced and I felt clearer, calm and more relaxed. I am still far away from feeling 100% myself but I made huge progress at the high dose, without realising it.

This feeling has lasted for 1 week. Every time when I take NCD my anxiety and depression increases but I feel better afterwards.
I am still skeptical because there are many ups and downs when you have mercury poisoning but i really feel like i have less mercury in my body. It's quite amazing. I am now 100% sure that my mental symptoms are caused by toxins. It is not a pleasant feeling when you remove the metals from your body and you think your a getting worse but you feel so much better afterwards. Both physically and mentally!

Thanks for the update detoxer. That's what we're all here for. I'm sure Tracy and others will be interested in this news. I also am due to some of the symptoms you described. Hope your progress continues.

Thanks for the post Detoxer. It gives me some hope which I desperately need at the moment as all my symptoms have increased severely over the last few weeks,especially the mental ones. I have been extremely depresses and suicidal and to be honest I dont know how I get through each day. I know I have only been ill for two and a half years and for Chris its been longer. Chris you must be very strong in some ways. I know theres been so many times Ive just wanted to give in. Although kids have stopped me from being 6ft under, I still feel this woverwhelming guilt at not having more input in their lives, but sometimes its just a struggle to keep myself alive. I worry about so many things, like E vie not bothering with homework and how she remembers how I was. Im not a very strong willed person any more and dont always stick to the diet and still have the odd fag, even though I know I shouldnt. God I hope this works for me too cos its the only thing Ive got to hang on to now. Thanks for sharing your experience. Sorry ranted on had a particularly bad day. No, I used them together but I felt detox effects were to strong so i quit the algin.

I'm not taking zeolite, but it sounds like too much too soon. If you are like me you have to try everything at a half dose and increase SLOWLY, otherwise you get a massive herx which is unbearable, and you end up worse. Try one dose or even half a dose a day, then ramp up.

tracy, don't think this is normal. If you don't feel well you should reduce the dosage or stop taking it for a few days. Did you tell your mercury doctor about this? I remember when i started i had some bad side effects the first days even with 1 drop. After a while things got better and i was able to increase the dose without too many side effects. Don't overdo it and listen to your body. Hope you feel better soon.

First of all, I think you should speak with your dr. before you take more. Stop taking it for now. Your reaction is severe. My dentist told me to only take it once on the first day. I don't know how many drops you took - I think you may have said two. The company said that very sensitive people can start with one or two drops. Make sure you drink lots of water with it if you start again.

I've been at 3 drops 2 times per day and have not been feeling well (dizzy, foggy, visual stuff). I need to speak with my dentist as well. I think any detox is not easy if you are very sensitive. I also worry that I am sensitive to the NCD. I am going to be starting cortef to try to support my adrenals before increasing to a higher level.

Dear Detoxer what side effects did you get when you lowered the dose if you dont mind me asking i was stupid again today and took 5 drops god knows why went to shop couoldnt think straigh everything seemed surreal came back got terrific head pains and stabbing vomited a few times and had the chills bit better now but wont be doing that again doc told me yesterday to leave it for a day then start on one drop just wondered what bad effects you had on this dose and when you felt you could increase. if things dont get much better in a while i am going back to the clinic for the brain scan photos and futher eeg as i am still convulsing its a really tough time and i can empathise with your post about being in bed with all those symptoms Thanks Tracy

hello tracy, i didn't get any 'side effects' when i lowered the dose. I feel 5 drops is a lot, if you just started with NCD.
The first week i took much less and had a very strong reaction. On some days even 3 drops were too much for me, 6 weeks later I could take as much as 50 drops a day without side effects <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Stopping for 1-2 days did help me a lot. I also noticed that i tolerate many little doses, much better than a few big ones.
In the beginning, 1 drop every 4-5 hours was much better for me than 3 drops 3 times a day. I think your body will tell you if you can ramp up the dose.

Don't forget to drink a lot of water! Remember detox is a marathon, not a sprint.
