No matter what people are telling me im going to get my fillings out from dr hesham el-essawary as he does it really thorough and I wont have that issue with mercury bothering me and he also does his own detox.
Im hoping its all good.
But before I do that (I need to save alot of money). I want to buy Algin.
I am currently taking
Rhodiola 500mg (For depression/anxiety etc) Vit C 250mg - E 17mg- Selenium 200ug Combo in tablet form 2-3 tablets 2-3 times a day. EPA And Evening Primrose fish oil 200mg 4 tablets twice a day. Psyllium husks with added FOS and acidophilus.
I dont know if its a placebo affect but I want to feel better and wandering how long it takes for the effects of the vit C-E-Selenium combo to work to help symptoms and how much is recommended to take.
Also the same with algin. Otherwise any other recommendations that I could try to see if they can help symptoms etc?
I heard ascorbic acid and glutathione is good for mercury deposits and ALA after fillings are removed.
My plan is to
Get rid of my fillings properly and detox it. Eat much better (Candida Diet and replace good bacteria).
And then I can work on any other issues if I am still unwell such as psychological or worries and wanting to do certain tests.
How long do you think it will take for an improvement?
Thanks everyone for your help.

Also Some articles say Nanized chlorella is really good?
But then I heard it mobilizes and can cause more problems?
Im deciding either Algin,Chlorella,NCD. Im hoping after I take one of these it can help and not sure how long it will take before I can notice and improvement(Still have my fillings in).

Add NDF or NDF Plus as well, Joe. It's the nanonized chlorella you mentioned. I plan to use it, after having researched it, and spoken to lots who have used it. It's not just chlorella. I'm addressing other things first.

Although if you're seeing El-Essawy, i think he uses a herbal product called Environ, which he says is the "best in the world". Maybe he knows something we don't.

Yeah I will let you know when I get my fillings out about what detox he uses. Apparently its got burdoch root, dandelion root and something else.
I will look into NDF. My parents get annoyed at the ammount of supplements im buying. They think im crazy wasting my time. But I tell them I wouldnt buy them if I felt well.
Also is it true about some products arent as good or even innefective compared to others?
I have noticed some brands are more then twice the price of others in certain supplements. But I think why would they put it on the market if it was innefective. I guess im looking too much into lol.

After doing more research we have to be careful not to distrinbute the mercury to other places.
Dont start supplementing with Nanized chlorella yet.
Taking ALA or NAC or chloerella can cause this. I wandered why I felt worse taking NAC and I took pycnogenol and Grapeseed Extract which is meant to be a powerful antioxidant And I felt really ill. I felt more anxious and depressed. Im guessing because i really do have toxins that are getting stirred up.
Im probably best not worrying until I see Heshem and let him handle it all from their.

Hi Joe UK, are you on a candida diet? I hope you are cos no amount of supplements will get you ready for removal without the diet. P.S im from UK too, near Heathrow airport. Dawn.

The grapefruit seed extract is an antifungal. It possibly caused candida die-off symptoms, which can also be a sudden release of heavy metals when the yeast is being killed. I wouldn't advise antifungals if you're dealing with mercury. The nanonized chlorella, cilantro and probiotics in NDF is really only safe to take once when bowels, liver and kidneys are functioning better. Parasites is also an area that might need dealt with before detox. And it's becoming more well known that a high level of ammonia can cause lack of response to treatment, plus severe side effects. A lot of info there, and it may not be relevant with you. These are things i'm having to deal with.

Thanks Dawn and Dental Holocaust for your help.
Im from Birmingham in the west midlands. I intend on going to london for treatment but its going to cost loads with travelling back and forward and either finding a hotel.
Those products such as NDF are really expensive. They must be really good.
Im trying to do the candida diet but its really difficult living with family who buys loads of sweets, cakes and junk food.

You're right Joe, that NDF is expensive. But i'll give you an example. NDF Plus, which has added support ingredients, is being used regularly in the autism community, and a lot of parents are finding that their childrens behaviour etc has been positively altered by a single drop once a day! That's not the case for everyone, but it's something i plan to use for my own depression and anxiety once i'm able to hack it. El-Essawy will give you Environ, i know virtually zilch about it, but the best mercury detox doctor here in Ireland is using it, and he's been sending a lot of patients to El-Essawy, with impressive results i've heard.

Thanks for the information on that. im just so confused on who to see and what to do.
Im planning on getting some algin as its good for when you have amalgams in and when removing them as it stops the redistribution of mercury in colon.
Does anyone know how to get algin in the UK as its not in any food store and they always say do you mean blue-green Algae lol.
