Hi Tracy. I still have depression, which is very connected to my brain fog. At certain times of the day, it is less than at others, and on certain days, it is worse than others. I have had some days where the depression seems to have lessened and my energy has increased a lot, and others where the depression and exhaustion are back since taking the NCD. I think it is all related to inflammation. Yesterday, I was feeling less depressed, more energy, and today for some reason, I'm more fogged out and depressed. Overall, I would say I am less anxious than I was, but I still have some periods where the anxiety takes over . For some reason at the beginning I felt a lot better for a few days. Now maybe I'm detoxing more and that's why it's up and down. I wish I had a better answer for you or something I can recommend.
I just keep plugging on and functioning the best I can despite the fact that I feel so spaced out. I fake being o.k. when I am with people and hope I only appear tired. If they only knew what it really feels like in my head. But I have had some good days in the past couple of weeks that gives me some hope for more.
Keep us posted as to how you are doing when you try the zeolite. Your dr.seems to feel it will really help you as my dentist does as well. If you need support, feel free to ask ...
