Hi Jinx, ok I see your predicament. You may simply have to get them out regardless and take the best you can get. At least do it gradually anyway. 2 at a time. That's how I did mine in the beginning and I went to a general dentist, not biologic.

Yeah, you are doing so much already. I do not overdrink water or do enemas, I have heard this is not always beneficial and can cause issues. Too much flushing out, may not be the best at times. Though we're usually told to flush this and flush that and drink constantly, it is proving that it's not the greatest thing to do. A person needs to absorb nutrients properly from food, and ongonig flushes can actually cause problems in that area.

Sorry Jinx, if there was something more I could think of, I'd suggest it. I had my amalgams out mainly by a general dentist in the beginning. He only used suction on me, he was not biologic and I had no alternative breathing source, rubber dam or anything. But I can say this, though I would not normally suggest it, I don't recall too much of a problem. Certainly, later on I went to a biologic dentist and with all the protection I had, I don't remember feeling any better for it. I suggest it because I guess the more protection the better. But she was the worst dentist i went to, she let me swallow the removed mercury! So I was far more sick from that, than the less protected removal I had with a general dentist. Go figure.
