dear jinx,
In your situation, I would get them out 2 at a time-- like I did- but get them out one office visit a month.

It is more affordable that way and easier on the body- and you can take Algin and Vitamin C and your minerals in between then (just dont' take Chlorella or other chelators til they're all out)

I didn't go to a biological dentist because I couldnt afford one and couldnt afford to travel to one. I went to an ordinary dentist-and he also had no air purifier. I had to stick my face in a fan right after the drilling- and I also immediatly washed out my eyes with saline solution.

I took a shower immedately after I got home too.

He used a rubber dam upon my request-- but he also had a good saliva suction tool that vaccumed up any bits of broken filling chunks before I could swallow them anyways.

if you prepare your body beforehand by taking vitamin C with bioflavonoids-- and stop , like one day before your dental appointment so that the Novacaine pain killer will work, your body can cope .

You may want to get only one filling out at a time -- if you go to a regular dentist. It will be easier on your body and more affordable.

Also-- you can chew on one side of your mouth until the temporary tooth sensitivity leaves-- and by the time for the next filling removal, you can then chew on the OTHER side of the mouth!

You can tell your dentist that the reason you want the metal filings replaced is because the metal ones are bothering you and you are sick of tasting metal in your mouth all the time.

He/she won't give you a problem or debate you about mercury that way.
