well, if they ned to go then there not much hope for me.

let me state this clear: I live in Poland and there is NO, ABSOLUTELY NO BIOLOGICAL DENTIST IN POLAND. Nor there is one that would have all the IOMT precaution measures, if anything I could get succsion, rubber dam, water spraying - and all that I had 5 months ago during the removal of the two. The resulsts of it you can see now. But no alternative air route, air purifires, etc are available!

hence, for the last two days I have been considerinf the radical option - extraction. But that has a lot consequences itself.

I already take selenium, zinc, vitc, e and stick to diet. Flaxseesd oil is in my daily menu, as well as olive oil and butter. The candida diet as usual. I'm getting worse nonetheless:(

I'm also doing enemas, coffe enemas - they don't seem to do much anymore. drnking like 2-3 liters of fluids a day. drinking at least 3 cups of grean tea. try oil pulling from time to time. the list goes on..

To NCD I don't seem to respond as well. Tracy is sick after like 3 drops, and i tried taking 8 drops with no great effect. That doesn't make sense since I'm so toxic. Also, the NCD doesn't seem to make me urinate like it does to most people despite the water intake. It has actually been my observation that my kidneys aren't extreting anything aqnymore, though my kreatinine levels check out ok.

Oh, did I say that I virtually have almost no practical memory?

it's gonna be a miracle if I survive this.
