Oh Tracy, you are the same person, and you will get better. As we age, our bodies don't work the same as they did in the good old days, but it is a fact of life..it is just too bad that we couldn't age at our own speed...but at the pace set by the mercury.

I hope you start to see some good results very soon.... knowing the devil you face makes the battle that much easier.
