Hi, Dr. Hesham El-Essawy is an excellent dentist. If not the best, then one of the best. (But I'd go with the former). I've been recommending him to people for a few years now. He does thorough testing, before, during and after removal and takes a lot of care with all his patients as he knows what they are going through, having been at death's door himself due to mercury poisoning. Those who you may find are cheaper do not do the relevant tests needed, or have other means of testing you which are not as accurate as those Hesham uses. It would be a waste of time and money, not to mention a risk to your health, if you find that after having your amalgams replaced you are allergic to the new material.
