Mobilising mercury with stuff that seeks to stir it up can be risky, because the mercury can more easily bounce around the body and possibly causing more problems/damage along the way. Some people can seem to get away with doing almost anything, others cannot. You maybe wise to join this forum here http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/frequent-dose-chelation/As this group is specifically for mercury chelation/detox and seeks to do it in a way that limits the mobilising of mercury and makes it much safer (for most anyway). This suits a lot of people, but there are some who don't take to it and find their own way. Anytime mercury is moved, there is a risk, but if it's moved more uncontrollably, the risk increases. however, leaving it alone is not good either because it sits and continues to do it's thing. So certainly, to me the best things to do for mercury is a good candida diet with the appropriate healthy fats (butter, lard, olive oil, coconut oil, pure fish oil/codliver oil, plus a tried and tested safe protocol and supplementary support. The link I provided you uses a mercury detox protocol that is by a biochemist Andy cutler. He's helped a great many people, adults and children alike and has cured himself of mercury poisoning also. Supplements to help are pretty basic like vitamin C, vitamin E, B complex, milk thistle, magnesium, zinc, etc. And the fats. (vitamin C, b complex, milk thistle and magnesium need to be taken about 3-4 times a day to be properly effective).
