HI Paul, here is a link you should find very helpful for all these issues. Though the one thing I disagree on this link is their stance on candida, as I feel it is crucial to treat it during any toxicity, but I agree with them on probably avoiding antifungals. Though they should emphasize that diet is necessary.

I am hearing pretty good things about cerec porcelain as a restorative. it is not like the typical porcelains out there and does not have a metal base to it. In fact, on the biocompatibility testing over in the US, the clifford testing lab. So far, they have not seen ONE adverse result with the cerec porcelain and are even thinking of not testing it anymore because of this.

One girl on here was very ill with mercury and so sensitive and toxic, she even had problems with water! She has got cerec and she said it's been fine, no obvious reaction, just her usual mercury symptoms (which she still has to detox from).

I am probably going to get cerec also. No material is perfect, there is no such thing. ALL restoratives contain metals to some degree, that is unavoidable. The key is to find a restorative that has the least amount of chemicals, and one that won't readily leach out it's componants. Plastics and amalgams tend to leach their componants out more, though depending on how much a person tolerates what is contained.

I hope the link maybe helpful to you. If that detox regime helps you, that's great. You could add vitamin E to that (soy free). The way to get glutathione levels up is not taking it straight as a supplement, but taking things that build it in your own body, like selenium, vitamin C, milk thistle, undenatured whey protein.

Careful though, as mercury is a great one to get mobilised by many things and chlorella can do this. If you can handle that? ok, but if it's too much, you may have to lessen or take a break from it. your body can only handle so much movement of mercury and if your gut and liver are in anyway impaired (from candida and/or other toxicity), you could get yourself into big problems by circulating mercury and not being able to eliminate it properly. So definitely be careful.

DMSA is good also, depends on how you wish to take it and what works for you. Andy Cutler's protocol is excellent and works for many, though some may not find it reacts well with them and may choose another way of using it.
